We had an absolute blast hunting for shark teeth! Venice beach and Sharky’s Pier were a no-go for us as they were too crowded. Our prime spots were Caspersen Beach and Englewood Beach with Caspersen being our favorite!

What we loved about Caspersen beach:

  • Beautiful clear water

  • Natural rock piles which shield you from the open water and create nice wading areas to hunt for shells and shark teeth

  • Not very crowded

  • Abundance of shark teeth that were relatively easy to find
